the Rotor spinning history

      Rotor spinning is an open-end spinning method that is also a large industrialization one among various new spinning methods.
      Furthermore, in more than 35 years  the rotor spinning machine was improved and  developed by manufactures of Czechoslovakia cooperated with other countries. During this period, many new model machines have appeared one after another. they are: BD-200M, BD-200R, BD-200RC(RCE,RN),BD-200S(SCE,SN) and BD-SD, BDA10(N), BD-D1,BD-D2,BDA20,BD-D30. All rotor spinning machines above adopted the "self-pumping" rotor unit.
      From 1965, many textile machinery companies, such as Platt of UK, Rieter of Switzerland, Zinser, Ingolstadt, Suessen, Schlafhorst of Germany, Woogay of Belgium, Ba-ber-colman of the USA, and so on, started to develop the new rotor spinning machines with "air-exhausting " rotor unit.
       The Schlafhorst Co. has produced rotor spinning machines: Autocoro 192, 216,240,and 288, as well as new models Autocoro 312 and 360. The Rieter Co, after purchasing the Ingolstadt Co., has produced roto spinning machines:RU11, 14, RU03, 04, M1/1, 2/1 and R1, as well as new models R20 and R40.
       The above-mentioned rotor spinning machines produced by Schlafhorst and Rieter have occupied the largest share of world market.
       Besides, other rotor spinning machines such as ASVIO FRS of Italy,Zinser 342 and SKF of Germany , Platt T883 and 887M of the UK and SACM-3000 of France also occupy some market space in the world.
       Also, China imported many rotor spinning machines, and at the same time did regearch to develop own rotor spinning machine. The main models of rotor spinning machines produced by China are F1603, F1604, F1605 of Jingwei Textile Machinery Co. in Shanxi province, as well as FA1603 and FA608 of Chuanjiang Machinery Co. in Sichuan province .  there are  other private enterprisses that produce rotor spinning machines.
